Water, water, water
It has been mentioned in other posts that our most common job type is a water loss. We experience increased rainfall, intense thunderstorms, hurricanes, and other tropical events. Our crew is thoroughly trained in each type of water loss, this particular loss included. The photos show the dining room when we arrived, which sported wet carpet and pad. Our techs extracted as much water as possible then placed drying equipment. Wet carpet is extremely heavy so even when it is going to be removed, we will dry it as much as possible to make it easier to remove. After this carpet dried a little more, we removed it along with the pad.
