Terry
Terry has over 19 years of experience working with SERVPRO as an Operations Manager and General Manager at SERVPRO of Laporte and Porter Counties in Michigan City, Indiana. A few years ago, he relocated to Lake County with his wife, Nancy, and is now the Marketing Manager here at SERVPRO of Lake County. In his spare time, Terry loves to golf. The Dallas Cowboys are his favorite football team.
Dave
Dave is our Project Manager on the Production team. He has lived in Lake County for over 35 years and is happy to be a part of the SERVPRO of Lake County team. Dave is certified with the IICRC as a water remediation technician and applied structural drying. Dave's favorite part of this job is being able to help people in a time of need. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family. Dave is a proud father of 2 boys, a dog and a cat. He also enjoys riding motorcycles. He is a huge Pittsburgh Steelers fan. Dave says "I look forward to serving you when needed!"
Nick Gibart
Nick is our Job file coordinator. He works directly with our Crew Chiefs to ensure proper documentation is collected onsite for our customers and clients. He also helps out the office and field staff with technology related questions. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his friends and family in the outdoors.
Roger
Roger started this line of work in 2009 and was able to apply his previous experiences to his job here at SERVPRO His Knowledge on electrical and plumbing has came in handy more than once. Roger can repair pretty much anything equipment we have.
Tina
Tina has been with SERVPRO of Lake County for a number of years. She is commonly found on fire and soot cleaning jobs that require high detail. She is also the one everyone prefers to lead on a pack out on job. In her spare time Tina loves to do puzzles.
Lisa Smallwood
Lisa is one of our production technicians at SERVPRO of Lake County. She specializes in cleaning, so she is commonly found on our fire/soot and content cleaning jobs. In her free time, Lisa loves spending time with her 5 grandchildren and she loves going to the beach.
Ronald Legall
Ronald is one of our Production Technicians here at SERVPRO of Lake County. He has over 17 years of experience in the restoration industry! Ronald loves to spend his free time with his wife and grandkids.
Zach Brewer
Zach is our construction manager and has over 22 years experience. He started working for his father building Church's along with other commercial projects. His father was his mentor in the construction field. Zach is married and resides in Eustis Florida. In his spare time he likes to Golf and watch Football.
Melissa McCarthy
My name is Melissa McCarthy, and I am the Office Manager. I have recently moved back to Lake County after living in North Georgia for the last 28 yrs. I have a degree in Early Childhood Education but left the field in 2012. Since then, I have been an Office Manager for a large HVAC company and an Electrical Contractor. When I was young, I loved playing “school” and “office”, so I guess you could say that I have lived out my dreams! In my past time, I enjoy traveling, thrifting, watching my Georgia Bulldog football, but mostly, spending time with my friends and family. I love that I get to be a part of a company that makes a positive difference for our clients when they are going through some tough times. I also love that I am working with a company that cares about their employees just as much as they care about their clients and am looking forward to many years together.
Patricia (Trish) Cable
Trish is excited to join the SERVPRO team. Her professional experience includes medical EMS, Fire and OR. She has 4 years manufactured home sales and is certified in interior decorating. During her free time she enjoys playing the "Cool Aunt" to six Nephews and one Niece. She also enjoys Ballroom Dancing and hiking with her Italian Greyhound (Giovanna) Trish is looking forward to helping during all your emergency needs.
Christopher Dailey
Chris is relatively new to SERVPRO, He is a fast learner in this fast paced environment. Chris has a passion for art and likes to spend time with his family.
John-Vincent Bootier
John is our estimator at SERVPRO of Lake County. John has over 7 years of estimating experience in Xactimate. He gained this experience as an independent and public insurance adjuster. He likes to spend his free time surfing and fishing along the east coast of Florida. He also has experience working as an audio technician for large concerts across the country, he has worked shows with notable artists like Drake, Kenny Chesney, and The Rolling Stones.
Brandon Russell
Brandon has been on our SERVPRO team since November 2023 and has a total of 2 plus years restoration experience. In his free time he loves to Golf, swim and spend free time with his family. He is also an avid football fan.
Ben Parham
Ben has ben with SERVPRO for for a short time. He was previously a sub-contractor for SERVPRO and decided to come on board. Ben likes to Fish, four wheel and spend time in the outdoors.
Kristian Koch
Kristian has been with SERVPRO for 2 years and has 5 years previous restoration experience. Kristian loves the outdoors and does gunsmithing as a hobby. The rest of his time he loves spending with his family.
