Highly Trained Restoration Specialists

Our techs are all sent to IICRC courses in water, applied science of drying, and more. IICRC stands for The Institute of Inspection, Cleaning, and Restoration Certification. This firm is tasked with creating standards for the restoration industry. Each tech begins with the WRT class, which educates on the different classes and categories of water, different drying equipment, and industry terms such as dew point, relative humidity, and vapor pressure. The next class is ASD, which stands for applied science of drying, and is a more hands-on class to complement the WRT class. During ASD, the class actually works in a flooded home (classroom environment) extracting standing water, setting drying equipment, and monitoring the affected materials every day. These two classes are the foundation for every employee that we add to our family. After these courses, team members can go on to take classes in fire, carpet cleaning, and mold.

IICRC Training and Certification

The Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) certifies and sets the standards for the cleaning and restoration industries. Our Professionals study IICRC standards and best practices in water restoration, fire restoration, mold remediation, carpet and upholstery cleaning, and other cleaning and restoration courses.
