Content manipulation

A content manipulation is either packing or moving back your items after a major loss such as water or fire damage in order to quicken the remediation process. A pack-out is the moving of customer’s contents to a secured storage location. Here at SERVPRO of Lake County Florida, we have multiple storage options: whether its your own unit or in our on site climate controlled storage facility. When off site storage is not required we move it carefully in the center of there home or area if the customer wishes. There are certain items that we do not pack-out; these tend to be high value items such as jewelry, family heirlooms, or any other items requested by the homeowner or business. Once remediation is complete we then pack-back your items to their original spots.
