Nick and Horace were fast and efficient. They followed up on Sunday to make sure all was well. They gave us times to be at this site and held to those times.

We had a lot of water damage due to plumbing issues and the guys came out and we’re very professional, efficient & friendly. Justin & Hunter went above and beyond for us and did great work!

The team at SERVPRO of Lake County made a disastrous day better with their calm professional manners. They took care of the insurance needs and carefully boxing and moving my possessions. SERVPRO did an excellent job on the mitigation of our Mt. Dora break room and women's restroom. We are now waiting for the insurance company to approve the reinstall.

Just to confirm: I was very pleased with SERVPRO of Lake County's work. The technicians arrived promptly, took the necessary readings to determine the extent and location of the damage, and set up their equipment to get the two rooms dried out quickly. They called ahead to let me know when they would be returning. Brittany in the office was also very efficient.  

I appreciated that the technicians arrived wearing face masks and kept them on while in the apartment, without having to be asked. Also, Brittany asked me before scheduling the first appointment whether there was any Covid-19 risk in this apartment. It is excellent that SERVPRO of Lake County is taking good care of its employees and customers during the pandemic.

Practically my whole house got flooded from a broken toilet pipe over a holiday weekend while I was away. They arrived with a few hours of calling late at night. They stayed past midnight trying to remove as much water as they could from my house. They were extremely professional during the whole process. It took about 7 days to dry my house because of of the extent of the water and moisture removal. They kept me and my insurance company up to date on the status via email and sending pictures everyday til work was completed. I was extremely impressed with their whole team. They were well trained and knowledgeable in their field. Always on time (even when I wasn't) and informed me if they were running a little bit over on another job-site. They described every issue and solution to getting the job done. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

SERVPRO did an excellent job drying out my bedroom where we had a pipe leak.  I have used them before and always happy with their service.

We had a pipe burst inside a wall and SERVPRO has been working with us to get everything dried out. Khalil has been exceptional! He has gone out of his way to keep us informed of the progress being made and explaining everything to us. Jeremy and Daniel each came with him on two separate days and they both were very professional and helpful as well. They did a great job. Highly recommend this company.

Dave Coburn was something else. Dave had everything in place in no time, placed blocks under the furniture, inspected the area flooded, and had machines running in no time. Very professional. I would recommend your company and Dave is one heck of a guy!

SERVPRO response team on June 7, 2017 for a water damage in the kitchen, one bedroom and part of the family room.

The only difference between your team and an EMT ambulance team is they can use emergency lights to respond to an address.

I called SERVPRO, explained the situation and hug the phone up. In 15 minutes a SERVPRO team was on the scene.

The team leader assessed the situation and stated, we can do this right now for this cost. We both said, DO IT!! So much for Alkaselzer, it was a relief to see this team go to work.

I am Japanese so we do not wear shoes in the house.  The team leader said ok, we will wear shoe covers while in the house.

I enjoyed work with Josh & the crew!!  They were an extremely nice group of young men! They knew what they were doing & got in & out quickly!!!  I don't know much about all of this but when Greg Whitaker did a walk through with me--- he commented on what a nice job that was done--- the edges on the drywall were excellent!!  (Of course I agreed as if I knew what he was talking about!!!) I was impressed with the fact that Greg had good things to say.
