Dave and Tobias came after my silly mistake 9f leaving an unattended hose filling a spa in my Florida room. They were professional and courteous. They are the best and considering this was at 8:30 on a Saturday night can't say how grateful and pleased I am to them and SERVPRO I hope I never need them again but if I do they will definitely be who I rely on. From the moment the people came out to take a look at the mold problem in my home it has been a pleasure they are a great company to work with very educated about mold problems and explain in a way that a lay person can understand. Everyone at this company from Mike the man that came out to do the estimate down to the three guys that came and did the cleaning of the floors it's been an awesome experience. Nick was the crew chief that came out and did the demo on my home. He was compassionate and understanding through the entire process. Hunter did the demo with Nick. Hunter and Nick were very easy to discuss things with. They worked very neatly and cleaned up every night. Nick and Hunter made the demo process a little easier on me.

The first estimate we received from Pure Maintenance was for between $15,000 and $20,000 to remedy our problem (which is under 100 sq ft of mold). Thank goodness our insurance company suggested we check in with SERVPRO! Mike came by and meticulously explained everything to us in great detail. He took his time and reassured us that the problem was nowhere near that huge and something that we could easily do ourselves for a cost of under $2500. When we had a badly leaking water pipe in our guest bathroom. The vanity had to be removed before a plumber could fix the pipe. We are so happy that we called SERVPRO of Lake County as they had a service team out within hours. After removing the vanity, they had a plan to take care of the water damage in the bathroom and wet carpeting in the hallway and followed up daily to monitor the progress as promised. Our technician and his helpers were very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. From the beginning to the end service was above and beyond our expectations.

My husband had died unexpectedly, then I had an accident that required stitches in my foot, and now, the washing machine overflowed, filling into my laundry room, breakfast nook, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, and closet. I used a push broom to push the water into the garage and immediately called my insurance company. One of the choices for water mitigation was SERVPRO. Brittany answered the phone. She was wonderful. She was very knowledgeable and articulate. She explained exactly what would happen, and the techs would be at my house within 30 minutes. The techs, Dave and Jeremy, arrived promptly and notified me by phone. They were very compassionate and explained everything to me calmly and in great detail. I felt well informed. All transactions and documents were communicated to my insurance company to me in writing each step of the way. I felt taken care of by very professional, kind, responsive, people who made you feel you were the most important part of their day. Dave and Jeremy worked quickly and efficiently to remove my laminate flooring while taking care to place items safely out of harm's way. The clean up was performed as quietly and seamlessly as possible. Both men worked as a hand-in-glove team. They even moved my recycling bin to the curb. Such gentlemen. My dog got a head scratch from them and she thought they were nice as well. They showed great skill, great attitudes, and great smiles. I am very grateful to SERVPRO for making an extremely difficult time bearable and safe.

We experienced a sewer backup that affected the master bath and bedroom, laundry room, guest bath, and three small closets. Khalil, Jeremy, and Justin were all great. I appreciated their professionalism and how well they both explained what was happening and addressed my questions and concerns. It was a $&-@ty situation (ahem) but you all did a great job setting us up for reconstruction. Drywall was cut with precision, affected flooring removed, and all unaffected personal belongings were gently moved. Khalil left everything very clean and orderly. Thanks for helping us!

I had the unfortunate situation of a leak in my kitchen that required mold remediation, drywall and paint, cabinet reconstruction, counter top and floor replacement adjacent to the kitchen. Josh was awesome! His team came in and took care of everything they could and Josh coordinated all of the other work that was needed. I would never wish this on anyone, but if you have the need you won't do better than calling this team to help! I'm back to full functionality with quality work. Thanks so much for everything!
